This plum wine is made with 100% red shiso from the Ohara region of Kyoto, supplied by Tsujishibazuke Honpo. It has a soft and refreshing taste, making it perfect as an aperitif or for pairing with meals. While sediment may form, it does not affect the quality of the product.
