A Junmai Daiginjo sake brewed with rice polished to less than half its original size. It features a fresh taste and rich aroma. As it is bottled in batches of a few hundred bottles at a time with different brewing periods, flavors and components may vary slightly.

Since this is unpasteurized sake, please store it in the refrigerator and consume it promptly after opening.
